Chris Heine joined Ward Wight Sotheby’s International Realty in 2009 and manages a diverse portfolio of customers and listings. A Spring Lake native with a strong background in customer service, finance and marketing, Chris has been offering a unique set of skills to buyers, sellers, investors and business owners for over 16 years. A former hospitality manager and restaurant owner with over 20 years experience in the food service and conference center industries, Chris sets himself apart by providing superior customer service coupled with an unrivaled knowledge of the local market.

A NJAR Circle of Excellence award winner 2011-2015, 2017, Chris holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Georgetown University, and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He is an active member and volunteer for several local charitable and community organizations including the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program and Jersey Shore HOPE, and was formerly on the Spring Lake Heights Zoning Board.

Chris is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the South Monmouth Board of Realtors. A lifelong resident of the area with strong local business and social ties, Chris resides in Spring Lake Heights with his family.
